We just thought we should reassure you about your ongoing care once this Covid 19 pandemic is over;
How Denplan works. Patients are spreading the cost of their dental care over an extended (annual) period so that they can avoid big bills for treatment. Routine appointments (examinations and hygienist appointments) will still take place when we are back up and running , and please be reassured that treatment which you may require when we are able to reopen once again will be covered by your ongoing Denplan Care payments.
If you are considering cancelling your plan and then need treatment when we are able to reopen it will be charged on a private basis and you will potentially end up with a large bill which would otherwise have been avoided.It is vitally important to us at Riverside that it is our Denplan income which is going to be what helps the practice to survive the next few months and that, for the long-term future of our business and our staff and families so your continued support and loyalty (if at all possible) has never been more appreciated.
